I decided I am sick of my crusty old scanner so I have ordered a new Canon Canoscan 9000F. Would have loved a Epson v700 but decided that it way outside my budget.
Am hoping that the new scanner's software is better. At the very least the process should be quicker.
My wife is going to kill me though...
